Great for saving on candles!
I love my candles and use them in the evenings. Sometimes they tunnel pretty badly and there is a lot of wax left, but the wick can't stay open long enough to burn the rest of the candle. When that happens I melt them by putting them in a saucepan with some water. and cook until the wax melts (this only works for candles in jars/containers) and then remove the old wick and put in one of those. In some larger jars I use 2 wicks because 1 wick will cause the candle to burn unevenly.
- Excellent for making candles. They have good fire resistance that works well in votives, containers and sticks. WARNINGS: Please be careful with the dosage of colorants and fragrances when making candles. Excessive dosages can affect burning efficiency, create smoke, and reduce your candles' ability to stay lit.
