Used with Lian Li O11 Dynamic case paired with Deepcool Gamer Storm fans. Power User Tip: Use needle nose pliers to insert the rivets into the holes on the fan, then reinstall the fan. on the chassis and use pliers to pry the rivets out through the corresponding holes in the chassis. You have to pull with some effort, I thought I would break the first few rivets but that didn't happen. I used them to initially install the fan so I can't compare the noise level to standard screws but these seem to do exactly what they are supposed to do. They leave a tiny gap between the case and the fan itself, which is part of noise avoidance but can be a gap issue for some. Also, if your case has a magnetic dust filter on the opposite side of the fan mount, you may have problems leaving the filter on. I simply aligned the magnetic filter, marked where the rubber rivets would stick out, and drilled equal sized holes in the filter. The rivets now go through the chassis and filter so the filter is where it should be.
