Bought these because my house was built in the 80's and don't have Cat5 or 6 installed (yet!). I used non-wifi plugs in my previous home and brought them with me. Well, more rooms, more connections! My internet installer told me it's ok if they don't have to go over the sides of the switch (right side to left side of the box). And I agree. Some rooms connect better and don't fall out, others do for this reason. As such, Wi-Fi is finicky when it comes to connecting. I think the manufacturer should state this in their description or part of the product information.
