Review on 💡 Gigabit PoE Splitter: 48V to 12V Adapter for Security Camera, AP, VoIP and More (1000Mbps) by Tommy Rao

I like how this can power the HDHomeRun Connect Duo (Antenna Tuner). I bought a 2.1mm x 5.5mm to 1.7mm x 4.0mm converter that fits and it works great. EDIT: After having problems with my device, I started downloading the logs and saw HDHomeRun keeps losing network connection. I checked a bunch of possible fixes and nothing worked until I connected an extension cord to power the device and just used a regular Cat6 patch cord instead of that device - then everything worked great. I asked PLUSPOE for assistance, but the answerer obviously didn't read my question and gave a useless answer. I bought a new PoE adapter from another company and so far my device has been working without regular network outages. It's a shame as this device is so compact and cheap. However, if you only need it for power, this seemed to work great.
