Good and bad. best in my review

Bought a portable unit and used it for 9 months then it broke. Emailed Cisno and was allowed to purchase a replacement unit for $20. This unit made 1 cup and died. Sent follow up email wanting to send both units back for a working unit. Now no reply. Unit has not been available. If I could discuss with company I would want to get another unit if it might last longer. Good luck.
