Excellent product! It really deserves 4.5 stars. I brew homemade wines in store-bought juice jugs with this and a cheap charcoal valve. This product is a quality meter. I just wish it was a little shorter for using in my juice jugs. Maybe they could design it with simpler survivor gravity markers. I think the goal is to use large batches and measure your samples in a graduated cylinder. I just want to know how much sugar to add and when it's ready! PS - try to save the starter for home brewing! Delicious and renewable!
