I bought these to replace the gas cap/fuel gauge gasket on a round fender (67) on an old John Deere 110. The OEM gasket for replacement units was replaced a year ago with a flat "paper" gasket made from old cork. Fuel spills on the hills. The seal in question is a very flexible, rubbery ring that fits perfectly and completely prevents leakage when the tractor is driven on uneven surfaces. This contemplated gasket or gasket works better than the old cork gaskets and much better than the cheap paper gaskets that come on replacement gauges. They are cheaper and more suitable for the purposes mentioned above.
