It's great when it works! I've been using this device for 7 months now and have had to completely reset and reconfigure everything 5 times! Randomly the system stops working and all that works is a hard reset. There is no reset in the app that would help at all. Let me just say that if you have to reboot the whole system you will have to create a new wifi name as you will not be able to use what you used before. Otherwise the process will be aborted and you will have to start over. Not only do you need to change your WiFi name, you also need to log into every electronic device in the house with the new WiFi information! So if you have Alexas, Smart Jacks, Smart TVs, Rocuses, Computers, Xboxs, etc. you're going to spend the next at least an hour of your life getting everything back online! I'm so upset! I called and spoke to customer service and they were not very helpful with this issue as they told me I would have to do a full system reboot when this happened! So, like I said, if it's good, it's good. but when it's down it's a complete pain and i hate it!
