Easy to use! I can't begin to describe how simple it is for clients/patients to manage their own records (which includes medication info!). It's also helpful that there are training videos available when you first set up your account so as to get familiarized with all of its functions before using them yourself once they've been used by others who know more than you do about what to expect. There isn't much dislike at this time--but if something comes along later then we'll update our reviews. When using an online service like this one, patient confidentiality could become compromised since data may not go directly into the handoff process between providers or other employees within the clinic setting itself. We have found very little fault with anything regarding the program's content; however, some minor suggestions would include maybe having different levels of users accessible upon signing in to help those new to managing medical record entries feel comfortable doing so without feeling overwhelmed and perhaps even being able to ask questions via chat.
