Description of AccuCare

AccuCare allows clinicians in substance abuse treatment and behavioral health to quickly and easily enter client information and track outcomes. The web-based system allows the database to be accessed from any computer with internet access, giving clinicians a centralized and integrated workflow.

Great site & easy-to -use interface

Easy to use! I can't begin to describe how simple it is for clients/patients to manage their own records (which includes medication info!). It's also helpful that there are training videos available when you first set up your account so as to get familiarized with all of its functions before using them yourself once they've been used by others who know more than you do about what to expect. There isn't much dislike at this time--but if something comes along later then we'll update our reviews…

Great scheduling alternative but needs some work

I like that you can keep a record of each clients stay for each day, this helps to keep records up to date and also gives me the ability to see when they are due for their next appointment. It can sometimes lag behind time so it's hard to know what is going on. Also it doesn't sync well with other apps which makes it quite difficult to have everything together. Great resource and tool - especially helpful in managing large numbers

I like that it is easy for me as an administrator of programs using this software to keep up with all my clients' data. It's really nice when you have multiple people working together at different locations within your organization who are collaborating through their individual computers to make sure every patient gets what they need!
