I, like others, had trouble getting this because I wanted a grip, but I pulled the trigger and got it. Makes the installation easier if you wiring around the house. They don't come with a single DIN tag to hold the unit in place so in my case I bought a single DIN dash kit. My problem was installing the stereo after the dash frame was in place. I used a kit of two washed out plastic brackets to fill the gap. With two screws holding the brackets in place, I was able to just snap the device in place right behind the screws. Don't press directly on the screen. One side, then the other. Just slide over the screw heads. A piece of cake. The block works well and has many options. Background image, UI, Audio and Blue tooth. Possibly more but I didn't go further as I just wanted music in my truck. I will add a microphone for the phone and pair it soon. Later I will add cameras for the background. The customer service is actually very good. They use Messenger to contact you. Maybe not right away, but it only took a few hours and I answered questions and had a conversation. Like it's my turn. I am impressed! I recommend this 10 inch stereo if you need a bigger screen than the traditional 7 inch screen. Tons of space, just slide it in place. GPS is very fast. Basically I am satisfied with the device. I will post an update in a few months. I've only had this for a week.
