I've had my hard drive for two days now. It was easy to use, just plug and play. At least I hoped so. But since it didn't come with a proper manual, I know exactly how to find out. The "Manual” preinstalled on the hard drive is not suitable even for this model. But that's not the worst. Hard just turns itself off spontaneously. I can't even get it to stream a single 1GB movie without turning it off. It has a red indicator light that literally blinks more than a bad Wi-Fi connection. When I tried to open the file to make sure all the images were copied, I finally managed to move a noisier folder of images (about 2GB). He couldn't index them and I couldn't open any of them. It's like he only has partial files. I can only assume this was because it was never "on" long enough to complete a transfer. What a waste of money.
