I've been a family cook for 30 years, this is the third set I've owned. I used to have Cuisinart. The most beautiful pans I have ever used. They heat up evenly. You feel the heat not only on the bottom, but also on the walls of the pan. Great for things like soups, tomato sauce, low and slow. Some families have been wondering how to fry an egg without nonstick, make sure the pan is hot, some oil or pam and a nice egg sunny side up. There is no buyer's regret here.
