Difficult to balance for Play Set Nozzles

I really like the flat seat style. The kids love it too. It was easy to install because I just replaced it where the swing broke. So the hooks are already raised. I'm having a problem balancing it properly and that's why it tends to rock crookedly. It might look straight, the ropes look like they're even, but then they loosen up a bit when swinging, which is a problem because there are swings on both sides. It's not scary and can even be adjusted while the kids are swinging.
