5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I got this knife because I saw a few chefs using them to prepare various Asian dishes I looked up on YouTube to learn to make, and they all raved about how awesome these cleaver knives are for various cutting tasks.This cleaver really is great for chopping vegetables- onions, peppers, carrots, etc. it makes short work of dicing up a whole onion in tiny pieces really quick.What’s really great is that after you chop your veggies, you can scoop them up with the cleaver like a spatula and put them right in the pan! There are so many things this knife can do- chop, slice, scoop, tenderize using the spine, crush garlic using the flat, and much more.The cleaver is very sharp right out of the box, and is very solid feeling. I highly recommend this item- if you could only have one knife for the kitchen, this would be it!
