The software is straightforward to use, has great features for tracking depreciation expenses, and allows quick reporting of expense information. However, some small things can be improved like creating custom reports or an option to export data to Excel instead of PDF format. I’d recommend trying it out before deciding whether it will work with your business model! It was easy to set up our accounting system with asset guru and have all relevant documents uploaded in minutes rather than hours. I like that it is easy to use and that it is simple to navigate. I also like that it has the ability to search for multiple items at once. I dislike that it is very expensive and the search feature is not as thorough as I would like. I would recommend Asset Guru to other businesses. It is simple to use and easy to navigate. It is also very affordable. I am able to search for multiple items at once and it is relatively easy to use.
