The cracking on my heels disappeared and the pain with it . No need to shave or grind them with a palmus stone anymore ,that is a Plus in itself ! Pool guy noticed I worn them and I gave him a pair to try before he buys . He had the same condition from wearing slippers /sandals . I bought them some 6 months ago and I just started wearing the second pair about a week ago . I trust the first pair of 3 pairs are still in good shape .just started wearing the second pair for the sake of wearing them . I noticed in another photo a person was disappointed but was wearing them wrong . Orientation to soul and heel were backwards . look at the holes , they should be horizontal to the foot ,3 and 3 above each other .
- May potentially improve balance and gait while walking or running
