I like that we can change our schedules online as well is having access from anywhere with an internet connection! It's easy for my clients to check their schedule too which makes them happy when they see it has been updated in time without me needing ot be at home or work (at least until now!) Sometimes there are delays between what you have entered versus its actual start times but this seems minor compared to being able to update your own info any where/anytime if needed without anyone else knowing about changes made by others. Just use google calendar instead of task aim-it will do exactly same thing plus syncs better than usually does through TASK AIM!! Scheduling & keeping track of employees availability /schedules while managing client communication regarding employee absence etc.,.
