Quality is definitely 5 stars but there are downsides depending on what you want to use it for. First, the description says you can email the seller and personalize it. I emailed the seller immediately after purchase and was told that I cannot personalize this product if I purchase through Revain. Only through other places where the seller sells this product. So keep in mind that you cannot personalize this if you buy it through Revain! I was very disappointed with this and the description should be changed as it is very misleading. Second, this product is a lot smaller than it looks. That's roughly the size of a standard water bottle. Third, we bought this to use for our sand ceremony at our wedding because it states that the sand provided can be taken out and new sand put in. It is too small to be used for a sand ceremony and there is a hole to take the sand out and put more sand back in. SMALL. It will take a long time and need a funnel with a very small hole to pour sand into. If someone were to buy this to have for decoration then there really would be no cons with the product itself. We chose to keep it because we received it so close to our anniversary that we didn't want to worry about returning it when it's so busy, and overall it's a beautiful piece. We only used it as a decorative item at a wedding.
