Review on KMTS Medical Transcription by Sam Doucette

This is an excellent product, I have used it more than once now and haven't had any problems at all. If you are looking for something that will be easy to use this definitely fits the bill! It's very intuitive as well. As far as I know there isn't anything bad about this software so far either. We've been using it successfully since 2013 without having too many issues or complaints of any kind. There really aren't any downsides other than maybe they could make some things easier to find but overall I think everything works great and has always met our expectations. I like that they are able to work closely w/ my office manager regarding billing issues as well & have been very responsive when needed! They charge too much compared other companies out there - but their rates do make up some of it so not sure if worth switching over yet? We were having problems getting our files transferred into an electronic format which is why this was necessary at all (we use Microsoft Word).
