Great product and company!

I have bought a couple of these model kits and they are amazing. A great activity for the kids or your spouse that will definitely kill boredom. The instructions are easy to follow and once assembled it works! In this case my friend and I broke one of the clock hands, we tried to glue it together but it got worse. I emailed the company to see if there was any way I could get a replacement part and they sent me a new kit! How cool is that?! Great product and great customer service. I will buy more. :)
