My son got this bike for Christmas [from Santa]. He couldn't drive it for a couple of days because the tires needed to be pumped up and we didn't have a pump right away. When he finally rode it for the first time, the chain broke. Not the best picture for Santa Claus. The bike was delivered 85% assembled. The instructions for the remaining %15 builds are useless. You have to find out for yourself, which was not easy and interesting. When the chain broke I emailed the seller and they asked me to take the bike to the bike shop to have it fixed. It wasn't an option. The seller then sent me a new chain for the bike. I had to order a chain tool online to tighten the chain. I spent an hour and a half fixing the chain (because I'm not a bike mechanic). First ride with a new chain ->>> chain falls off. So this bike is back. It was a great pain and a waste of my life.
