This actually works on Win 10!
I have tried three different OBD2 diagnostic cables for Toyota cables/software that claim to work on Win 10. This is the ONLY cable that actually works on Win 10 and it works GREAT! Just follow the (simple) installation instructions and you're good to go. Highly recommended.
