No bandsaw bar will be easy to install and these bars are no exception. Getting them nice and warm in hot water helps, but honestly not much. This will require patience, and the wizard's third hand won't hurt either. You definitely won't do it with a saw wheel; secure it in a vise. Some reviewers complained about uneven seams; I've inspected mine and sanded down a few suspicious spots, but they were probably fine and didn't cause me any problems. They were part of an overhaul/tuning of a cheap Taiwanese band saw and along with new guide blocks and bearings turned a nearly unusable till into a valuable workshop tool.
