unlock. With key, code, IC card and fingerprint. The software is incredibly user-friendly. Adding fingerprints and codes couldn't be easier. You can assign temporary access codes with an expiry date. The lock comes with a screwdriver and a drill. Nice gesture. The app shows the battery status so you can replace the batteries before they run out. The timed auto lock feature allows you to set the time the lock will automatically close. Great feature for those who forgot to lock the door. The support reacts. When my first lock didn't recognize my finger most of the time, they sent me a new lock after sending a video. Cons: Instructions could be better. I found the YouTube video more helpful with the installation. Although customer service does reply, they are based in China so there is usually a 24 hour delay before you receive a reply. After the first lock, customer service reassured me that resetting the fingerprint function would work accurately. Resetting didn't help even though I put five separate accounts on one printout. Fingerprint accuracy never exceeded 25% of the times my fingerprint opened the door. I will update this review when I get a new lock. Update: The company sent me a new lock. The former had a fingerprint recognition accuracy of 25%. The second castle is above 75%. For the woman over 90%. With the second lock I was able to get 90% by creating four different passwords for the same finger. With 90% fingerprint recognition, I recommend this lock.
