Stainless steel looks great and is very comfortable to use. Care must be taken not to leave it unattended or cook it on anything other than medium heat. The underside darkens and burns easily. Don't stuff the coffee, but fill it up to the top. Cap threads and area must be clean from grinding to maintain a good cap seal and ensure proper function. It's difficult to get the details as Bialetti makes many models and the model, type, cup size etc is needed so it's a good idea to write down the details and keep them for future reference.
