Did not work properly on arrival

On arrival the right handset was not working. I will update this review after seller reply. Update: I contacted Cyber Acoustics via email. They responded within hours asking for proof of purchase, address and sent me a photo showing a headphone cable being cut. I guess this was necessary to make sure I'm not playing on the system and trying to get a second set of free headphones. I have attached a picture that I sent to the seller. I received replacement headphones within two days. The new headphones work perfectly upon arrival. I plan to use them at work and while I haven't tested the microphone functionality, the sound quality is good and the headphones drown out many other workplace noises. Due to the good response from the seller and the good output quality of the headphones, I have raised my rating to 5 stars.
