Ok I didn't want to spend $680.00 on a new vacuum pump so my husband watched on YouTube how to replace the vacuum seal in my 2006 Mercedes, it just looked like this , like it was difficult. Part was getting him to park the car. Well we did it, cleaned the vacuum pump and put in new gaskets. We tried our best to get the pump back, but we succeeded. And no leaks, the seals worked perfectly to enjoy driving without spending a fortune.
