Excellent. We bought a house and one of the doors was broken. After searching google for the door type and a youtube video I found what we needed. This part is an ideal spare part and replacement is very easy. First make sure and watch YouTube to install a door lock actuator, it will save you from "beginner syndrome". Ignore ratings of less than 5 - I want people to understand that in a parts rating you are not dismissing what you think is poor design. We have several of these doors. A door with this type of lock drive is used almost 20 times a day and has never broken. The design is ok, the key is not to press the lock if it doesn't turn easily. If the door is stuck and not fully closed, the locking bars will not be able to grip and force locking will result in breakage. In any case, it's nice to have this part in stock. I had never had to buy one before and was afraid to realize what it was and foresaw the tremendous price - and it wasn't!
