I had a single wall facing away from the sun so it was covered in mold and mildew. In some places it was really fat. I have just bought a property and I suspect it has not been cleaned in at least 2 years. I knew that applying this stuff probably wouldn't be enough, so I also used a side cleaning brush and an extension to get higher. This material does not brush very hard and removes mold and fungus very quickly. I was very pleased with how easy and effective it was. The stains that were really dirty only needed a light cleaning, following the directions on the bottle. In fact, the mold literally started dripping from the siding. It was a bit rough but I was glad it was finally clean. I only used a small amount and managed to get the whole wall dirty. One bottle will probably last for several years.
