This is a great cleaner. Started working within minutes of painting dirty vinyl siding. Some tougher stains required a second coat. Leave on for 5-8 minutes and rinse off. I have a large two story house and was struggling to get upstairs with the included atomizer so you can use more because you are trying to achieve and missing something. A sprayer would be ideal for a ranch.

Let me start by saying that this stuff basically seems to do what it says on the tin. I applied it to my home with a soap foam tip (low pressure) with my pressure washer.
