Great Insurance Agency Planning and Management Tool
I like that you can easily modify any of your settings to fit whatever needs are at hand during each day. It is very customizable which makes it easy for me as an administrator or agent who works with insurance companies all over California! The only thing about this software would be if there was more customization in terms of reports; however because we use advanced reporting tools such as Tableau Software they have made our jobs easier by being able to make customized dashboards whenever needed without having too many different options from one person making their own report.

- Easily modifiable
- Can customize every aspect.
- Very adaptable program, not limited when using other programs (Tableausoftware)
Cons
- Not much variety within dashboard designs available
- Reports sometimes don't load quickly
- Sometimes hard finding what exactly need help/help button doesn’t always work properly so its difficult figuring
