I like this product. It works great, I get a lot of views using it in my shared workspace. I have a Surface Pro 4 and use it to adjust the display to a more ergonomic position. I want it to be a few inches taller and be able to wall mount it behind me and hold the monitor in front of me. However, it is amazing to work on a desk or set it up as the pictures show. I had to tighten the connections, but there are tools in the kit for that. Also pro tip: black caps are removable, all connectors are adjustable. My surface pro is a heavy screen which is very durable to hold it up so well. Update: I bought it in August 2016. It is now June 2017. I still use this stand for my phone and surface pro. It still works great. I still have to occasionally tighten the screws to keep them in place, but I'm very happy with it. I keep my tools handy. This is an everyday item. I move and rotate, that's the minimum every morning and evening. Tightening the screw from time to time makes sense. It's in good condition. 2018 and nothing has changed. Still a daily user. Update: The worst happened the same night I posted my last update. The plastic part broke. June 2019 I must add that I still use it for my phone. I just taped a magnetic car mount where the plastic broke and still use it every day. I can no longer use it for my Surface Pro due to broken plastic.
