Review on Cangshan 59991 German Forged Carving by Oscar Ferrell

This knife is incredibly beautiful. My fiancé and I went nuts when we saw how easily he sliced through a massive chicken breast. Easy to maneuver and handle, and cleaning is effortless. I don't have to worry about rusting as the knife has no parts, plastic or wood. We've had the knife for four months now and it's still as sharp as day one. The box it came in is beautiful and worth keeping for storage or shipping. Better than CutCo by miles!
