Good afternoon I bought this device in order to get rid of 220v and leave a small, almost invisible box on the wall in the corridor. The setup took about 4 minutes. I connected it via cable to my laptop - I found WiFi and connected, configured it. The setup interface is quite simple and intuitive. Everything is on one page (1 tab). During operation, the only negative (which I was afraid of) is the low speed. Apartment kopeck piece on 2 sides 58 sq. M. Microt hangs in the middle in the corridor. In the kitchen (~10-12 m to the point (line of sight) speedtest showed 10-15 Mbps. WiFi connection speed (72-130 Mbps). In the room (5-8m) through the doorway on a laptop 10-15 Mbps. (connection speed 144. For a stationary computer, I purchased a board with horns. speed 10-20. When I put an end to the close to the laptop - I gave out 50 Mbps Although the speed at the rate is 100, according to measurements 95-98. Bottom line: I recommend this model for use in a studio apartment of <30 sq. M. or on trips if you need to distribute the Internet. The dot itself is awesome and super-flexible. My rating is 4 out of 5, for a weak signal at a distance of 10 m in line of sight. P. S. Streaming video 1080, in principle, almost without lags. For the entire film, it happened to slow down 5 times, and then not for long. Maybe if you tweak the settings in more detail, it will be possible to align. P. S.s. considered another model MAP 2nd. But it wasn't available. Although there are two parameters for transmitter power (dbm) and antenna gain (dbi) less than Map lite. I will most likely change it. or use as a supplement. dot in the kitchen.
