Review on ELICE by Adam Cooper

I was hoping to use ELICE for my most recent art endeavor, but my interactions with the site were less than satisfying. First of all, I had a hard time navigating the site and finding the precise items I was looking for. Second, the prices were higher than the ones I've seen at other art supply shops I've used. The fact that my order didn't appear until two weeks after it was promised only makes the situation worse. Last but not least, I received rude and unhelpful responses when I contacted customer support. In conclusion, ELICE completely dissatisfied me, and I will never purchase there again.
