Good build quality but loud ticking

There is another listing on Amazon for this product which is more expensive but it is the same watch at a lower price. I found the build quality to be quite good. From the picture it almost looked like there was a clear glass plate in front of the hands so you couldn't touch them, but that wasn't the case. So be careful as they are thin metal and can easily bend. Of course, since it's standing alone on the wall, that shouldn't be a problem, but I'd still prefer a clear panel. It's ceramic and doesn't feel cheap, except perhaps for the slightly thin hands (again, doesn't matter). It runs on 1 AA battery (not included). The clock is intended for hanging as it wobbles quite a bit on a table. There is a mounting hole at the top of the back panel for easy installation. Also, I actually returned this watch. The ticking is quite loud and seems a bit louder than other ticking clocks. If you install it in your bedroom, be prepared for an annoying ticking noise. If it's in a different room or with a different clock and you don't mind ticking then I would recommend it. I really wish this watch had one of those "non-ticking" seconds hands. Too bad because I really wanted to like this watch, but it drove me crazy, especially at night when they were silent.

Pros
  • Height 6" (10.16 cm)
Cons
