Excellent chain I think the quality is really good. I base mine on my Gary Fisher Simple City, which has a foot brake. Works great - just what I needed to replace a factory original that had stretched quite a bit. Now for a little trick - and thanks to GODDESS for spreading information so quickly on the internet. Because the "main link" of this chain has a bar. I'm thankful for this as I think it will be a breeze but you will have to bend the chain when you snap the (gold item) onto the connecting link. You need to place the latch lock under your thumbs and gently push the (connected) chain inwards to (temporarily) "bend" the lugs of the main links so that the latch "snaps". Does it make sense?
