This product is as close to a professional product for home use as you can get. It's well made, easy to use, no settings other than on and off, and the end product is better than almost any other ice cream. The sorbets are rich and frosty, and the frozen shakes are as good as a frozen shake maker can get. If you're looking for small batches of delicious frozen treats and drinks, you can't beat this one. I keep my bowl in the freezer until ready to use. Otherwise, the cost of a near quality product is more than 3 or 4 times the cost of that product. Ideal for those who love to cook or want to make other desserts. I highly recommend this product, especially for the price and quality.
