Works well and is easy to install.
We allowed water in under an existing boot (which was cracked). It was easy enough, although I recommend you watch a YouTube video or two on how to do it first. Very easy to use, no need to remove the old case, it fits over the existing case (with sealant). If you are in an area with steep roofs (snow belt), you should wear seat belts to avoid falls.
