Review on Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO Shell Headphone Bundle - Top-Quality Headphones for Premium Sound Experience by Masaaki Haruto ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good product, good quality, not bad.

In general, buyers have always bribed with their assembly and indestructibility. As for the dt770 - many take them for recording or hoping for a powerful sound due to the closed design - however, there is no bloated bass here, it may even seem that it is not enough (but this is up to the first sound in the sub-bass range - the sub-bass here is very deep, even speakers walk with a walker). A "bright" Baerian top is present (in instrumental music, the cymbals sting a little on the brain). A blockage a little lower in frequency response is also felt. I frankly didn’t like the fit - the new ones are just awful, the ear cushions are thin, as a result of which the ears practically lie on the speakers. The cable is also crap, it is not clear why it was necessary to make it twisted - if it does not lie on the table or on your knees, you constantly feel how it pulls your left ear down. It also stinks of a nasty chemical smell. In my opinion, the headphones in the "standard" configuration are very narrowly focused - in order to check what is happening at the top during recording and mixing. For listening to music - so-so, my second headphones, sennheiser hd 650, in my opinion, are much better suited for this. I bought 35mm thick defean leather ear cushions for the buyers - the fit has become much better, plus the bass has become more pronounced and the tops have been cleaned up a little - the sound has not changed dramatically, but in my opinion it has become more suitable for listening to music.

Pros
  • indestructibility, good sound quality, well suited for searching for jambs at the top in the recording
Cons
  • out of the box hellishly put pressure on the head twisted wire is terrible - heavy and smells quite unpleasant sensitive to interference and static (buzzing in the ear)
