Review on 🔳 Router Bit with 1-Inch Shank for Cove Box Cutting by Tyler Blake

While I didn't notice any significant differences in cutter heads like some other purchasers of this set of 4, what struck me right away was the lack of quality control on the products. I'm working on a project that requires a single groove to be milled into the concave burned surfaces of short sections of oak whiskey staves that will eventually be used as cigar ashtrays. The 1/4" shanks were oversized and COULD NOT BE EASY to fit in my standard 1/4" router collet. All four shafts were measured with a Mitutoyo digital caliper and all were oversized in the 3-6 mil range. I am really disappointed that Revain Prime is selling such poor quality products!
