It is very user friendly with all kinds or features needed by churches in one place such as registration forms online giving etc.. I have been using this program since 2014 when i started working here so not much problems has occurred but if you do face any issues just contact their support team they are always helpful!! Also we use our own server which helps us maintain security from external threats like hackers ect... I like the fact that it is very easy to use and the customer service is great. I don't like that it is so easy to make mistakes and it is hard to find the correct information that you need.
