I like that it is easy to get started, but also gives you options for advanced features as well. It's pretty straight forward when getting set up - just follow instructions! There are some things that could be improved (like how many emails can go in an email list) which would make this tool more robust if needed down the road. If you're looking for something simple yet powerful then knowru will do what they say they'll do without any issues at all. Managing leads has been one area where we have struggled previously so knowing there was another option out there helped us greatly.
