I chose this product for my Google Mini, not Genie. I found the design simple, clean, and aesthetically pleasing as it seemed to hide the wire. Didn't see many reviews or any at all when I found this product. I bought much later. I received this product on time. It was not damaged as it was packaged in a large box for bulk shipping via Amazon Prime. Please do not expect this product to be as hard as metal. It's made of plastic. It's durable for what it is. Restrictions that may affect the product itself are your own outlet/coverage. I don't think it will ever be on a wall unless you do something about it or call for future improvements. I found the design itself interfered with microphone reception as I felt I had to be directly in front of it rather than to the side. somewhere to the side. What I really appreciate about this company is that they have been proactive in reaching out to their customers after delivery to ensure no damage has occurred. I appreciate that and will continue to support small businesses as such. You can give them feedback on future improvements and other product developments.
