Love love love this little vacuum cleaner - I bought something comfortable and not heavy for less than $500 - No pets but have 3 grandchildren 2 years ago old their little glitches happen quite often. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this cute little thing. I named her Bluebell and she wins every time. The suction power is great for all floors and some of my low rugs. My 3,100 square foot home features luxury vinyl and tile throughout. I can get through the entire first floor on medium or low level without having to reload. I pride myself on keeping my house clean so I was very shocked when I first used the blue bell and got a tennis ball the size of dust, crumbs and hair. I've had them for almost a month and I love finding crumbs to suck on daily. . I like clearing out a little bin to see what's unknowingly hiding around my house. After all, I like getting to the places under the beds, sofas, chairs - it's very easy. Love - love - buy - I think you won't regret this little gem!
