I needed a large wooden scoop for my 14 inch thick crust pizza with heavy toppings and this item exceeded my needs. Sturdy but not too heavy and the label says "Made in Canada". I dusted the bowl with flour, making sure the crust of the raw dough wasn't wet. Slides onto the brick very easily.
