Sports Nutrition Weight Gain

After going through the full cycle, here are my results. First let me add that I am on a very low carb diet (keto) and also practice intermittent fasting for 16-20 hours. I also train 4-5 days a week for 30 minutes of cardio. Starting at 195 lbs, ending at 201 lbs. I took this product hoping to lose some weight but you can see I gained 6 pounds. Pretty sure it's all water weight, but for a product that's supposed to help with cutting, it's not. I do not recommend.
