I like that it allows me access from anywhere, anytime! It has helped us better organize patient records for our staff so they can have easy access when needed. We are able to see what services were completed by different providers (doctor visits/tests), how many times each provider saw them per visit, medications taken or not taken. This helps with billing as well because we know exactly which doctor visited who at any given time in order to bill correctly. The only downside of this software was finding someone knowledgeable enough about computers or even smart phones to set up everything properly. They do offer free training but if you already use other applications then there's no need to learn anything new since all those programs will work together fine. Our organization uses Patient Records Software to keep track of medical information such as lab results, medication history etc., allowing employees to quickly find.
