I like that it has everything in one place, so we don't have to search through different systems for patient information. It's easy to use once you get used to navigating around the system. The interface could be more user friendly if they had some of the features from other programs such as EMRs or Payers (I know this may not be possible). I like that it was easy for me as a new user of this software system, that there are several tutorial videos available online which made understanding very straight forward! I like that it allows me access from anywhere, anytime! It has helped us better organize patient records for our staff so they can have easy access when needed. We are able to see what services were completed by different providers (doctor visits/tests), how many times each provider saw them per visit, medications taken or not taken. This helps with billing as well because we know exactly which doctor visited who at any given time in order to bill correctly. The only downside of this software…
